Composite and Vinyl Decking

We use composite and vinyl decking from Trex, ProCell and Timbertech to build your custom deck. These materials require less maintenance than wood, and are more resistant to insects, warping and splintering. These environmentally friendly products give you the natural beauty of wood, without the headaches. All three manufacturers offer endless deck design possibilities, with different textures and colors.

Because these products resist sun and water damage, your custom deck will maintain its color and beauty for years. You don’t need to paint, stain or seal composite or vinyl decking, which can be a yearly project with a wood deck. This saves you time and money over the life of your deck.

Lumber Decking
If you prefer a traditional wood deck design, you have a number of options as well. From basic pressure treated lumber to cedar, redwood, or Ipé (ironwood), an almost magical South American hardwood, a wood deck can be beautiful and long lasting. The USDA Forest Service Products Laboratory gives Ipé top marks for bug- and rot-resistance, and the wood is so hard, it's nearly as difficult to burn as concrete. The use of rain forest woods is controversial, however. If you choose Ipé for your deck, make sure that it has been harvested responsibly.
