Will the Builder allow us to change any of the floor plans or bring our own plans to build?
 
Answer: 
Yes, Korey Homes is a Custom Builder so you can modify the floor plans, features and options or bring your own house plans to build.
 
 
How long does it take to build the house?
 
Answer: It usually takes 4-6 months to complete your home (depending on the size of the house).
 
 
Can we use our own mortgage lender?
 
Answer:  Yes, Korey Homes also has lenders that can offer special financing programs and rates for their clients.
 
 
Will Korey Homes build on a lot located outside of their communities?
 
Answer:  Yes, you can use one of our floor plans or bring your own.
   
   
What kinds of home additions can you do?
   
Answer: We specialize in custom additions of sunrooms, screened porches, second kitchens, bathrooms, in-law suites, attached garages, detached garages and carriage houses.
   
   
How do I know if a deck or patio is best for my home?
   
Answer: Our deck designs and patio designs can be customized for differences in lot terrain, but generally speaking, Patios are better suited to level lots, where decks can be built on an uneven lot. We will do the proper excavating and leveling to ensure the safety and comfort of your custom deck or patio.
   
   
I keep hearing about Green Homes. What does that mean?
   
Answer: Green Building, also known as Green Homes, means we build your home in the most energy efficient way, with energy efficient materials such as insulation, special roofing, ENERGY STAR windows, doors and appliances, ENERGY STAR heating and air systems, solar water heaters, solar panels, and geothermal heat pumps.
