We believe in leading by example.
That’s why we are actively involved in our local community.
Korey Homes is a participating member of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), one of the state’s largest and strongest trade organizations and one of the largest home builder associations in the country. The MBIA provides legislative support, information regarding government affairs, industry education, networking opportunities and a number of additional resources. The Home Builders Care Foundation (HBCF) is the charitable arm of the MBIA. The HBCF gives back to the community by utilizing the skills and resources of building industry members on shelter-related construction for the homeless and others at risk.
At Korey Homes, we believe that all children deserve a safe, happy childhood. That's why we are proud of our affiliation with RAACE (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and its mission to prevent child sexual abuse before it happens. RAACE is dedicated to raising public awareness and providing tools to help families protect children – at home, in their community and all over the world.
RAACE works to expose the hidden epidemic of child sexual abuse that claims 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 7 boys, and expose the fact that over 90% of the offenders are someone the child knows and trusts; educate adults by providing valuable tools and information to empower individuals and communities to put an end to abuse; and inspire others to stand up against abuse by choosing one of seven ways to join RAACE in our road to prevention.

"The Korey Homes staff has been cordial, helpful, and flexible throughout our 9 month journey. We have truly appreciated particularly the follow-up and decision-making processes that have been followed during both the sale and construction periods. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried throughout selections and construction. Everyone was super in making our experience feel like a team effort between owner and builder."
