Just wanted to pass on a sincere "thank you" for the high quality home building experience that we just completed at Ridgefield Farm Estates!

Our new "Trinity Ann" is everything that we hoped it would be and more! We found Korey Homes while surfing the Internet in Loveland, Ohio last year just prior to transferring to the Baltimore area. From day one, we were very impressed with the quality of people and service in the Korey Homes organization. This sentiment has been repeated to us by many sub-contractors and other homeowners that we interacted with during the sale and construction of our new home. After one month in our new home, we are very satisfied with the quality of construction and the overall flow of this relatively new design. I intend to rate our experience "excellent" across all areas as I complete the Korey Homes evaluation!

The Korey Homes staff (Sandy, MJ, Debbie, Craig) has been cordial, helpful, and flexible throughout our 9 month journey. We have truly appreciated particularly the follow-up and decision-making processes that have been followed during both the sale and construction periods. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried throughout selections and construction. Everyone was super in making our experience feel like a team effort between owner and builder. We are in the process of building a home with Korey Homes and are very pleased with the process. Purchasing a new home can be a nail biting experience, even for someone with previous experience in building a new home and builders. If you have had past negative experiences, you're more likely going to assume it will be the same with someone else. Even if this is your first time purchasing a new home, you may become overwhelmed with the choice of builders offering to sell you a quality home.

In the past, I have lived in and built three custom homes. Each resulted in different experiences, such as difficulty in having problems corrected, lack of communication, lack of flexibility and little or no help in the process of making numerous decisions with selections. Then there were, of course, the broken promises.

When I decided to move, in order to be closer to my work, I thought of all I had gone through with my past new home experiences. I started searching for an existing older home even though I preferred all the amenities of a new house. While being disappointed with the older homes that I was seeing, I saw an ad for Korey Homes in a nice location and was curious enough to call. This was my beginning to a different and positive experience. At this point, I knew I was dealing with business people that had other goals beside profit, like total customer satisfaction.

Even though my home is still under construction I am 100% certain that I made an excellent financial decision and will be happily living in one of the finest homes in Harford County. Thank you Korey Homes.
